(or "Yes my scanner sucks!")
Here's some of my photos:
What I currently use to take my photos:
- Nikon FG-20 - It turns out this is the lightest camera body Nikon ever made. I didn't know that at the time I bought it, but it is nice and light while still being metal construction. It isn't really one of their pro models, but it was inexpensive secondhand and gets the job done quite well so far, although sometimes I wish for depth of field preview.
- Nikon 50mm/1.8 - I use this lens the most, mostly because its faster and sharper. So far all my photos are handheld and available light (almost always ISO100 film) so this lens works well.
- Quantaray 135mm/2.8 - This lens was on the camera when I got it. It's noticeably less sharp than the 50mm. Most of the earlier pictures are taken with this lens. I still usually bring it with me, it's a nice length.
- Visioneer 6100USB - One of those scanners that you get for cheap with a rebate at a mega computer store. Better than nothing.
If some rich soul with too much money and a burning desire to help out an aspiring photographer happens to read these pages, I will humbly accept a Nikon 24mm and/or Nikon 105mm micro lenses to help ease your suffering.

I've been playing around with Raytracing. Here's some of my
first images.
Watercolor
My first winter in New Mexico was strange and solitary. I was driven to
experiment with watercolors.
